Summer Enrichment: Millennial Tastemakers- Description
- Learn to prepare healthy, delicious and practical recipes for yourself and your family. Experiment with the latest trends in nutrition and cooking techniques. Participants will stir fry, air-fry, sautee and bake. Recipes will include both sweet and savory, tailored to your specific liking! Each class begins with a breakfast snack and concludes with a lunch which we will share and critique together. Bring Tupperware for leftovers! (Instructor is also fitness nutrition-certified, and students can work on a personal meal plan if interested).
NOTE: This class has a lunch period, and prepared meals are included. Registration includes the cost of food and supplies.
