Summer Enrichment: Nutritious Delicious- Description
- Do you know you have approximately 68,000 meals left in your lifetime?! Plan a healthy, fun food future and learn to prepare nutritious, delicious and practical recipes for yourself and your family. Experiment with the latest trends in nutrition and cooking techniques while you bake, stir-fry, roast and saute. We will make both sweet and savory dishes. Each class begins with a breakfast snack and ends with lunch which we will share and critique together. Bring tupperware for leftovers! (Instructor is also Fitness Nutrition certified, and students can work on a personal meal plan if interested.)
Class includes lunch period; Registration includes cost of food and supplies.
