Summer Enrichment: Around the World in 10 Dishes- Description
- Take an international trip while learning to cook some favorite recipes! This is an intermediate/advanced course to introduce students to fusion cooking, international food trends and influences through two meals per day (very motivated beginners also welcomed!). Stops on this tasty journey will include Peru (lomo saltado), Japan (okonomiyaki), France (ratatouille and apple clafouti), Thailand (chicken satay), Vietnam (banh mi), North Africa (shakshouka), Mexico (street tacos), and India (naan pizza).
Class includes lunch period; Registration includes cost of food and supplies.
